Project Title: A Simulation Model Based on Queuing Theory for EV Changing Stations in Jubilee Campus of the University of Nottingham Student: Yuchen LUO Course: MSc in Computer Science Abstract: With the increasing popularity of electric vehicles, the problem of difficult charging of electric vehicles has become increasingly apparent, and how to allocate charging pile resources reasonably has become a hot topic now. This author briefly introduces queuing theory and simulation technology and uses an agent-based decision support system based on queuing theory to discuss the rational planning of charging station capacity. The Jubilee Campus of University of Nottingham is used as a case study to demonstrate the model.
