Project Title:	Financial Accounting Teaching Assistance

Abstract:
Financial accounting is a key module taught by the Business School in the 
University of Nottingham. According to comments made by students during 
the lectures, many of them have difficulty to understand the contents 
taught by the lecturer. Thsi problem becomes more common as the lectures 
move on, and the wuite low average mark from a mock exam in the middle 
of the term proved the worseness of the situation. This problem is caused 
by lacking of effective teaching support methods during the course 
learning progress. Although a clinic has been set up to answer questions 
from students, due to very poor attendance, this solution seems not very 
helpful. The aim of this project is to develop a computerized teaching 
support method that brings students all possible help that is available 
and making the laerning process of the financial accounting course, 
easier and more interesting. Develop a solutions that satisfies students' 
need, and provides focused learning support service to minimize the effort 
of teaching.
