Project Title: Easy Meeting System

Abstract:
This project aimed to create a meeting scheduling system using 
the Java programming language such as JavaServe Faces, JavaServe 
Pages, Ajax, Multilayer Architecture, and JaveBeans. The system 
was to be aimed to deal with conflicts and clashes which may 
exist on scheduling a meeting. For example, the same person 
may require attending two meetings at the same timeslot. However, 
one person only can attend one meeting at the same time. Hence, 
if there are conflicts exist, the system will check the conflicts 
in order to explore a greatest possible solution to the users. 

The program must be easy to use for all people in an organisation, 
regardless of computer knowledge and experience. Therefore, the 
program is simple and intuitive. All user interfaces are designed 
simple and clear. System requirements and specifications are needed 
to be identified before creating the system.

In addition, this dissertation contains details of the implementation 
of the project including main classes evaluation and implement 
technologies which have been used to create the application during 
the implement phase.  Finally, it contains the testing result of 
the system.
