Currently funded projects:

Centre for Plant Integrative Biology (CPIB) - funded by BBBSRC and EPSRC, CPIB is a 5-year, £8.5M grant to create a Centre for Integrative Systems Biology focussing on the root of Arabidopsis Thaliana. The project addresses a number of issues in image analysis and computer vision, most notably cell segmentation and tracking.
