Introduction

A total of 15 real-life instances were extracted from the real-life problem data provided by a company at a large international port in China. In addition to the real-life instances, we have also created a total of 17 artificial instances with controlled demand parameters in terms of commodity quantity, load (im-)balance and time windows. Plese reference the paper for detail information.
