The cruciform brooch is date back to the early Anglo-Saxon time and early medieval in a late of 5thC-6thC AD. It was generally found in the Europe and the United Kingdom, England, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. This particular Cruciform brooch found at Margidunum. The cruciform brooch was commonly made from iron or copper alloy. Different techniques were used for making the cruciform brooches such as ribbed, punched, moulded, incised and cast. The cruciform brooches weight, length and width were vary from one to another, roughly their length were about 132 millimetres, their width were 64 millimetres and their weights were 54 grammes.
