This bone comb date back to the Roman occupation time- AD50-early 5th century and it was found at Margidunum. It was discovered in the Roman walled town of Dorchester and has fine bone teeth and decorative patterns. The comb may have been used to keep head lice at bay. From the comb it can be predicted that how people took care about their personal health and hygiene.
